Go for it. You can do it. However we word it, persevere. As long as we are going towards the direction of our goal, we are far better than where we were last week.
Do not stop. Some goals take mere days, some could take years. It doesn’t matter how long, what matters is we are taking those steps and we keep going.
Plan the course. We can’t possibly predict everything we encounter along the way but a short list of small goals are easier to achieve. The clearer the path is, the quicker we will recover after a setback.
Find a tribe. No one can put a value on a supportive community. If you are trying to lose weight, get fitness buddies. If you are looking to write a book, join a writing community. Working alongside people going in the same direction and speaking the same language is easier and more fun than going at it alone.
